Located in the Paul Bourget ZAC facing the ring road, this wooden building opens onto its neighborhood. Each floor has flexible and modulable offices that accommodate spaces for co-working. The sports fields is sheltered by roof windows which gives an exceptional view of the city.
Carved to accompany the street and maintain the visual connection between the street and the Park Kellermann, the facade, very transparent oscillates between the inside and the outside.
