Located on rue Fraizier and rue du Landy, this new residential development marks an important step in the revitalization of the district, 24 years after the tragic fire that destroyed an insalubrious building.
The aim of the project is to transpose the qualities of single-family housing into collective living, by offering a typology specific to each dwelling, the majority of which are walk-through and multi-oriented, with high-quality outdoor spaces. All living spaces are served by a balcony or, on the first floor, by a garden.

The aesthetics of the project are expressed through a rhythmic, graphic composition of volumes. The alternation of raw materials on the facade - wood and metal - combined with the fines of the wooden sunbreakers and balcony undersurfaces soften the mass effets and establish a genuine visual lightness. For this mixed wood-concrete structure project, prefabrication was a real lever for quality and constructive coherence. All the timber-framed facades, incorporating metal cladding, wood joinery and deflecteurs, were manufactured entirely in the workshop, as were the balconies designed in a self-supporting wood-metal structure.

The block offre a generous garden visible through the two through halls accessible from Rue du Landy and Rue Fraizier. The project places particular emphasis on shared spaces, designed with Plaine Commune habitat to encourage interaction and social mix. Rooftop gardens on each building offer spaces for relaxation and exchange.
