ANIS
Bureaux avec terrasses
Located in the Plaine du Var Eco-Valley, within the new Nice Méridia district, ANIS comprises 8 floors of office space covering 6,770 m². Its main originality lies in the 2,400 m² of outdoor space, i.e. almost a third of its surface area.
Against the backdrop of increasingly flexible working arrangements and dynamic companies, the agency's design was guided by three main guiding principles: to create attractive workspaces, to generate meeting places, and to offer flexibility and architectural adaptability. Through the prism of Mediterranean architecture, the terraces were conceived as outdoor workspaces. Transparent facades let in the light, while the overhangs of the terraces provide protection from the sun by forming a climatic screen.
By choosing to place all circulation systems outside, rather than in the center of the building, the floor areas were freed up, fluids were integrated accordingly, and false ceilings were eliminated. This innovation offers maximum freedom for companies in their choice of layout, as well as an enhanced feeling of space. What's more, the circulations enliven the facades and are conducive to informal exchanges.
